All rights relating to the platform include, without limitation:

• Software (source code and binaries)
• Design and visual identity
• User interface and user experience patterns we provide
• Databases and data structures we operate
• Logos and trademarks

These remain the exclusive property of Layni. You may not copy, reuse, imitate, or republish them in any form without prior written permission.

2. Acceptable use

You must not use the platform to:

• Carry out unlawful activity
• Attempt to compromise the system or misuse our infrastructure
• Copy, scrape, extract, or exploit data without authorization
• Manipulate queues, reservations, or loyalty points systems

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity performed through your account.
