Terms of Use – Layni

1. Intellectual property

All rights relating to the platform include, without limitation:

• Software (source code and binaries)
• Design and visual identity
• User interface and user experience patterns we provide
• Databases and data structures we operate
• Logos and trademarks

These remain the exclusive property of Layni. You may not copy, reuse, imitate, or republish them in any form without prior written permission.

2. Acceptable use

You must not use the platform to:

• Carry out unlawful activity
• Attempt to compromise the system or misuse our infrastructure
• Copy, scrape, extract, or exploit data without authorization
• Manipulate queues, reservations, or loyalty points systems

3. Customer details and mobile number

When a customer joins a queue as a guest, they must provide an accurate name and a working mobile number. The mobile number is required so the business can contact the customer if electronic alerts fail, connectivity is lost, or the network is weak.

With a separate optional consent, the business may send offers, rewards, updates, and information about its services through Layni. Declining that consent does not block joining the queue.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity performed through your account.

5. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users when we make material changes.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or poses risk to the service or other users.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Layni is not liable for losses arising from misuse of the platform or from unexpected outages or faults beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing law

These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including personal data protection rules (PDPL), while respecting mandatory laws of the country where the service is used where applicable.

Important notice

Copying, imitating, or recreating any part of the Layni system or its operational concept—including workflows or user experience—for commercial purposes without official permission is strictly prohibited.
