• Email address (when you create an account)
• Mobile number (required when a customer joins a queue as a guest)
• Usage data and transaction records (e.g., queue joins, visit status, and loyalty points history)
• Device/technical data (such as IP address, browser/device type, and notification identifiers if applicable)

2. Why we require a customer mobile number

• So the business can contact the customer if connectivity fails, the network is weak, or a notification does not arrive via the app or web.
• To confirm queue position and manage the visit when operationally needed.
• The number is used for the visit and operational contact with that business.

3. How we use data

We use your data for the following purposes:

• Operate and improve the service
• Manage queues, notifications, and loyalty points and related transactions
• With the customer’s express consent: enable the business to send offers, rewards, updates, and information about its services through Layni
• Prevent fraud/abuse, secure the platform, and comply with the law

4. Data protection

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, unlawful processing, or loss.

5. Sharing data

We do not sell user data to third parties.

We may share data only where necessary to run the service or comply with legal obligations:

• With the business the customer joined (minimum necessary to run the visit and for operational contact)
• To comply with laws and lawful requests
• To operate the service (e.g., infrastructure, hosting, email, and notification providers)

6. Your rights

• Request access, correction, or deletion within the limits of the PDPL and other applicable local laws
• Withdraw consent to offers and updates at any time
• Contact us with privacy-related questions or complaints
